New Year Safety Reminder: Home Safety Detectors

As we begin the new year, please be sure that your smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and radon detectors are installed and functioning properly. If elevated radon levels are detected and mitigation is needed, please remember to submit an ARC request to the HOA and obtain a Building Permit from the City of Crystal Lake Building Division before installation.

For more information about radon safety and testing, please visit our Radon Safety Guide and review the Illinois Radon Testing Guidelines.

Thank you for helping keep our community safe.
